Cost of the 2 year Career Photographer Program

3 payment options: (choose one)

1. $495/Month (24 months)
2. $1980 at the beginning of each of the six semesters (3 payments per year)
3. $11000 if paid in full, upfront.

Schedule of Non-refundable fees

  • Your tuition fees must be paid in full in order for you to be eligible to begin the next semester.
  • If you intend to withdraw, please contact the school office for the proper procedure.
  • As a reminder, if you withdraw from your class(es) after the first day of the semester, you will be responsible for prorated fees owed.

Are charged for specific programs and processes. Some apply to all, some are specific to only certain instances.

Admission Application Fee

$495 for admission application

$115 non-refundable fee for the required extra education opportunities

Free, unless you need an additional parking permit, then $10


As needed fees: (may not ever be needed)

Returned Check/ACH Return Fee                    $35 (plus the late fee* of $10)

Library Fines:                                                   $0.50 per day/per item (10 days max, then the cost of the book is charged)

Program Prep Fee:                                          $97/hr (by request only, not necessary for most)

Installment Payment Plan:                                $25 min. Administrative Set up Fee: per semester

Late Fee*, per each late payment:                   $10

Certificate (Duplicate)                                       $25

ID Card Duplicate/Replacement                       $10

Parking Fines If paid within 10 days                 $15
       If not paid within 10 days                               $20
       If not paid within 20 days                               $30

Accidental Insurance Coverage:                       Between $5 and $50

Workshop Fees
: A fee may be charged for workshops organized for special groups.  The amount of the fee, which is an addition to the required tuition, is announced at the time of the workshop.

Late Registration Fee
Although this is rare, in the event that we allow a late registration, you will incur a $25 non-refundable, late registration fee. 

 LPS Fee Policy

LPS makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. All LPS listed fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by the Board or the President.  Therefore, LPS must reserve the right, even after fees are initially charged or initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees.  All listed fees, other than mandatory systemwide fees, are subject to change without notice, until the date when instruction for a term has begun.
